The wood in our sidewalks and driveway joints were rotted out, and needed power washed. Patrick Millis came out and replaced the joints and power washed the sidewalk and driveway. Now everything is like new! Patrick did a fantastic job!

I called Patrick Mills on a Monday afternoon to get a quote on replacing all the expansion joints in our driveway and sidewalks. He was out that same afternoon with a quote and out the next day to have it completely done! He does excellent work and takes his time to get the job done right. My driveway and sidewalks look fabulous now, no more rotten wood, etc. I would highly recommend Milco Contractor.

Early one morning I tripped on a board protruding from an expansion joint in my driveway causing me to fall. I broke my hand and cheek bone when I hit the concrete. My husband took me to the emergency room of a local hospital for treatment. After recovering, I called Milco Contractor who came immediately to my residence, removed all of the old wood and replaced it with Trim-A-Slab. Not only do I feel safe now but I am very pleased with the new look of the driveway and the excellent service performed by Milco Contractor. Thank you. Diana H.

Mr. Millis ccalled me to see what was the problem.i explained the expansions was rottening in my driveway.he told me he could come out and take a look at it.he arrived within a hour and was verykind.he done an estimate for me and to my surprise it was in the price range that i had in my haed.i ask him when he could start and he told me i could right now but its up to you.i thought i would have to wait a week or so.mr millis got to work and he made my drive way look great.mr. millis is a nice gentleman, someone who i was comfortable with having work at my house.my wife and i actually went shopping for a few hours .we left the garage door open so that mr. millis could help himself to water or beverage in the frige in garage.all i can say is i would recommend him in a minute.does very good work and his price is very good and he is a nice man just to talk to.

Our driveway expansion joints need replacing, the expansion joints were rotten and the weeds are growing every summer. Patrick Millis installed the Trim-A-Slab expansion joints and did a great job. He took all the rotten woods and cleaned between the slabs before installing the Trim-A-Slab expansion joints. He also power washed the concrete driveway. It looks really good and I don’t have to worry about replacing the joints for a long time as well as killing the weeds every summer.
I would recommend Patrick Millis fixing your driveway. He’s a great man and does a great work. His’ price is very reasonable as well.

I had a great experience with Patrick Millis and am very pleased with the work he did to improve my driveway. The old, damaged wood strips between the driveway concrete sections were removed by hand and the new "Trim A Slab" was expertly fitted and installed in a few hours- I am a Realtor and am critical of my own property's appearance, this was well worth the cost. I will refer him in the future. Dan McCarver

For years I had been looking for a product to replace the decaying wood in the expansion joints caused by time and termites and then I spotted the ad for Trim-a-Slab. Patrick did a great job removing the remaining wood in the expansion joints, blowing the dirt out and putting in the product. I had already installed 50 ft. myself but found that taking out the rotting wood was too rigorous a job. Patrick charges for the product plus labor (and his product cost was 50 cents a foot less than what we bought it for at the hardware store). We’re thrilled with the nice and neat look and are counting on the product being durable and lasting.

Milco installed the trim a slab product on the double driveway and walkway on my corner lot. The product appears to be robust (and hopefully) durable and Patrick Millis did an outstanding job of removing deteriorating expansion joints and professionally installing the new product. I expect my sidwalks and walkways to be neat and safe for years to come.

Please know that we are delighted with the outstanding service you have provided in addressing our concrete expansion joint problems at our home.
Our concrete walkways and portecochere were unsightly due to wood rot and concrete expansion. The Trim-A-Slab system you installed looks great. It is clean and trim looking and we are confident that it will help avoid future wash-out of the underlying material. Your professional and courteous attitude, knowledge, and patience in handling our concerns were very important to our complete customer satisfaction.
Feel free to use us as a reference for your future customers. As proud Sugar Land homeowners, we think services such as yours will provide value to our neighbors as well.
Sincerely

I knew I had to do something about my driveway and walkways. The wood in the expansion joints was either missing or in a state of decay. Dirt and rotten wood made a perfect combination for growing weeds and ant beds. Also, I heard of several cases where very expensive slab repair cost were incurred due to water pouring through the expansion joints and washing out soil that supports the slab causing them to sink and in some cases to crack. Patrick with Milco Contractor introduced me to Trim-A-Slab a relatively new product that overcame many of the problems found with other products in the market. Being an engineer. it was clear to me that the design of Trim-A-Slab was ideal to best solve the problems of expansion joint repair. Although some of the existing wood in my driveway was difficult to remove, Patrick showed up early and removed all the old material, installed Trim-A-Slab, and finished up by end of day. The added feature that I did not expect was how good it looks and how it complimented the landscape in my yard. I am very pleased with Patrick and highly recommend his company to resolve your expansion joint repair problems. Thanks for the opportunity to submit this review
