The Madaras representative was ontime for the appointment, completed all of the work as quoted and cleaned up the area before leaving. They installed a new outlet in the garage, repaired four outlets that were not working and hung a new light fixture. In essence, Kevin performed multiple tasks for us in a professional & efficient manner at a VERY reasonable cost. The "inside" work included installing 2 kitchen fluorescent lights (and troubleshooting a related outlet problem); installing a new electrical outlet; and relocating my entertainment center wiring. Outside, he installed 2 floodlights and a PowerwoRx E3 whole house surge protector with energy saver. My wife and I give him 5 Stars Plus. Let me also say that the estimated costs were on point. I filled out a contact request on a Sunday and by 8:00 AM Monday Kevin called to set an appointment.
We were able to agree on a day within the week.
Kevin arrived precisely on time. After reviewing the work he presented a written estimate and was ready to start immediately. All of the work was properly performed and the area was clean when he was finished.
When he presented his bill it was not a penny more than he estimated.

I called Madaras and was given wonderful advice over the phone that could have saved them a visit. I was very impressed with their honest attempts to assist me.

We called Madaras Electric to put in a new outlet. They called the day of the appointment to say they were on their way and arrived on time despite a very rainy day. When Kevin arrived we asked him if he would mind putting in another outlet while he was here. This was not a problem. He didn't have the color of outlet and plate needed so he went and got one to match the others. No complaints and no additional charges. He even used a shop vac to clean up after himself. I can't begin to say how happy we were with Madaras Electric and Kevin. You just don't get that kind of personal service anymore and it was a pleasure to find a company like Madaras Electric.
