A friend recommended that I go see Dr Lester to get help with recurring running injuries... knee and foot. This was my first experience with a Chiropractor, and thus wasn't sure what to expect. After an initial eval, Dr Lester identified a misalignment in my running form due to several issues, the combination of which was causing my pain and problems. He recommended a shoe orthodic and has methodically worked with me to deep tissue massage, stretch and strengthen the muscles and connective tissue involved. Dr Lester is fairly conservative in his treatment... I believe he is interested in my well being and long term recovery. I am very pleased with the progress thus far and am confident that with Dr Lester's help, I will move past these nagging problems and will be able to compete in long distance running events.
